SignalBridge
Architecture before product

A privacy-first business stack is not one subscription. It is a set of boundaries.

Decide who controls the domain, identity, mail, files, passwords, network access and recovery. Then choose vendors.

Three workable models

Proton-centred suite

Mail, calendar, files, documents, VPN and passwords under one privacy-first provider. Lower integration burden; higher suite dependency.

Best-of-breed stack

Fastmail for email, separate password manager, files, DNS and VPN. More control; more administration.

Hardened mainstream suite

Google or Microsoft with strict identity, sharing, retention and device controls. Less privacy purity; often stronger workflow continuity.

The principle

Consolidate where it reduces human error. Separate where it preserves ownership, recovery or exit. Complexity is not a security control.

BoundaryWhat good looks like
DomainOrganisation-controlled registrar, MFA and documented recovery.
DNSExportable records, controlled access and change history.
IdentityNamed accounts, MFA, offboarding and recovery codes.
EmailCustom domain, authenticated sending and tested migration.
PasswordsBusiness vaults, emergency access and offboarding.
FilesOwnership, sharing rules, backup and export.
